Enterprise & Program Leadership
Across the World Bank, Accenture Federal Services, and The College Board, Dr. Agocha has contributed to complex technology, operational, risk, and program initiatives in global, federal, and education environments. At The College Board, she supported technology and operational readiness for approximately 53,000 SAT test takers in Maryland, within a national program serving more than 2 million students annually. Her experience includes program and project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, cybersecurity and risk, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation.AI, Cybersecurity & Digital Education
Through Ultimate Tech, Dr. Agocha has led initiatives that make emerging technology practical and accessible.Her work includes AI education, cybersecurity awareness, digital safety, technology consulting, and professional development for professionals, businesses, seniors, and community organizations.
Her current mission includes helping 1,000 seniors by the end of 2026 build the knowledge needed to recognize online scams and navigate the digital world more safely.
